I’ve been playing this all week (particularly the ‘Scrabble’ track featuring Manga and JME) and featured it on my ‘Mixtape Monday’ column at the start of last week. Coming from a completely new perspective than any rapper I’ve heard before, Elro is definitely representing an unspoken voice in hip-hop music and is definitely one to be looking out for.

Although a week late, here is the latest offering from Maryland spitter Logic, who takes inspiration from the 90′s era of hip-hop, but keeps things relevant on the concepts and references (as well as a few tracks here which obviously take some influence from more modern artists like Drake and J. Cole). This is a really solid release, and Logic is definitely one to look out for.
