With Winter Solstice taking place yesterday Kenan dropped the third instalment of the trilogy over at Alarm Press. It’s not often that ‘indie rappers’ use sex to sell, but here Raven Sorvino manages to get a perfect balance of doing just that whilst still remaining credible and dignified. This video is slightly daring, but just tastefully so, and the result is an effectively sexy indie rap song…
The track will appear on Raven’s debut LP, Paper Girl, which should drop early next year…

With three outstanding album releases this year (not to mention the work put in crafting Drake’s Take Care behind the scenes), I can’t wait to see what the OVOXO representer has in store for 2012, and a potential retail album.

To celebrate the release of his new snapback collaboration with So Fresh Clothing, Fashawn drops a new cut which won’t be appearing on Champagne and Styrofoam Cups which is set to drop in early 2012. To see the hat (in two colourways) hit the jump, and head here to buy. Fitteds trump snapbacks though, I’m looking forward to this trend to pass!
