This year I’m proud to say that I worked on the fourth annual ‘Just Jam International’ (hosted by the Bad Taste Cru,) a weekend in which b-boys and hip-hop heads from all over the world flock to my city (Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK) to compete, pass down knowledge and perform shows. Drake sat down with Google Music to talk about Take Care, particularly it’s title track, and how Jamie XX inspired the new muaic he’s been making. I’ve seen a lot of interviews with Drizzy lately, however I found this one particularly interesting…

Although I have very little info on Tyquan Sounds, I did enjoy the whole vibe of this track with the Wu-Tang homage and the way that the beat was constructed. The email kept talking about ec-lec-tro, so I’m guessing that’s how I’ll refer to it…
