The West Coast reign over hip-hop’s future continues with H.O.P.E and his latest release Believe In HOPE Wright. Almost everything I’m listening to at this point comes from the West, and I can’t see that changing for a good while now. I’ve only listened to this once so far, but that’s enough to know that this isn’t something to sleep on.
